Krush Smoothies and Brain power in Port Alberni
Finished up our spelling and read The Sechelt Peoples Legend: How the Robin Got It's Red Breast while visiting a new Port Alberni eatery - Krush Smoothies this morning... after DW's brain training session with Orca Healing!
What an exciting morning! Learning all about the brain and how professional athlete's train their brains to improve dexterity,
coordination, and brain power.
Followed by brain food at Krush Smoothies. A favourite for the under 18 crowd... Curious George loves Chocolate, the large smoothie was enough for Darryl plus one:)

Port Alberni's Labyrinth
Darryl visited the labyrinth behind the hospital in Port Alberni British Columbia today.It's a great way focus, and get some exercise. Method of choice to interact with the labyrinth was to race through as fast as you can. News story about the labyrinth

Novel Keepers of the School
Sarted a new book today; Keepers of the School We the Children Book 1 by Andrew Clements
Pages 1 - 17 Chapters 1 and 2
In chapter one we met Ben, and the janitor Mr Keane. In chapter two Ben climbs onto the big rock with iron bars.
So far I like this book. I think this book is going to be about a mystery at Ben's school.
