Krush Smoothies and Brain power in Port Alberni
Finished up our spelling and read The Sechelt Peoples Legend: How the Robin Got It's Red Breast while visiting a new Port Alberni eatery - Krush Smoothies this morning... after DW's brain training session with Orca Healing!
What an exciting morning! Learning all about the brain and how professional athlete's train their brains to improve dexterity,
coordination, and brain power.
Followed by brain food at Krush Smoothies. A favourite for the under 18 crowd... Curious George loves Chocolate, the large smoothie was enough for Darryl plus one:)
